After giving 40+ years of my life to my mission of quality heat treatment, I am satisfied and fulfilled. These 40 years have been challenging, rewarding, punishing, delighting, questioning and answering. Words cannot describe the journey, but it has been one of putting together people and machines in perfect association to deliver services that have made Ravi Metal Treatment a leader in the sector.
Presently when I see my team performing as leaders I feel proud and happy. I feel the mentorship delivered to these young minds has blossomed into an invincible force that is moving ahead with strong momentum. The seven plants we own operate efficiently are all self sustained because of these leaders taking over their responsibilities with enthusiasm and excitement.

I am satisfied and fulfilled, but not finished. I see the company out growing all its past achievements in the coming years through broader vision, much more demanding markets and highly challenging jobs that test our limits and inspire my team and myself to move towards higher achievements.
Here, I would like to challenge these young guns to move out of their comfort zones, challenge their limits, invent, discover, evolve into an organization that lasts for years to come. The dynamism of the markets can make you great due to availability of emerging opportunities. Grab them with confidence and move ahead.
